Hi. I’m 30 something (…well now I’ve turned the corner since starting this blog…I’ve entered the next decade!). A mom to two amazing boys…..my biggest accomplishment to date and probably always will be.  This blog is about my journey through separation from my husband of 15 years. It hasn’t been a typical separation if there is such a thing. I’ve mostly struggled with how this will affect my children. I waver between feelings of complete confidence and feelings of complete failure. I’ve been praised by mere strangers and condemned by those closest for my actions, for this path that has been chosen, and the way that I, we, have chosen to walk this path. I think it’s safe to say all we want at the end of the day is truth and happiness, hope and peace, clarity and serenity. But more than that, I want that for my two boys.
